Namaste.........

Yoga has been my guiding light along my journey from burnout to balance.

I was working in the corporate world of insurance, I had been taking on too much ....... offering help when I already had a full workload and schedule.

I was  putting too much pressure on myself ........... working late, coming in on  weekends, checking emails on vacations, eating at my desk while I worked to get everything done

I didn't want to say no .......so I could prove that I could be counted on and do good by everyone.

I was in the constant state of overwhelm and slowly burning out.

After experiencing a nervous breakdown I realized how important it was to have balance in my life and learned so much along my road to recovery I knew I wanted to share these tools with others.  I'm so happy that you are here.

When I am not teaching yoga you can find me studying and practicing yoga, hanging out with my family, sitting by the water or travelling the world.
