This class is for people who feel more confidence on a chair compared to the floor and who are looking to start to rebuild the ability to balance and strengthen and sharpen the mind. Learn the core practices of yoga to release the joints, improve flexibility and strength, help with the digestive system and feel more open in the body. You will also be introduced to breathwork to help to expand the breath capacity and balance the breath so you feel more ease and balance in life. This is a great class for any one looking to really connect with the foundations of classical yoga.
These Classical Hatha Yoga Classes will include a combination centring, movement, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation and specifically focused on practices that will keep us balanced through the fall season using the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga.
