Ayurveda, the ancient knowledge of life, and sister science to yoga, teaches how to live in harmony with nature through conscious food choices, lifestyle decisions, and self-care practices.
In this workshop, you’ll discover how to apply Ayurvedic wisdom in practical, accessible ways to restore balance and vitality in your everyday life as we come into Spring.
Ayurvedic Living is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and live with greater presence, vitality, and alignment with nature’s rhythms.

This silent retreat is devoted to practice of lovingkindness (metta).
This shorter format is meant to be workable for those with weekday commitments and welcoming to anyone new to retreat practice. Through simple practices of movement, meditation, and reflection, we will cultivate an attitude of friendliness and care toward ourselves and all beings.
Immerse yourself in a multi-day retreat and deepen your practice in a quiet, supportive setting. You don’t need any particular background or belief — the teachings are rooted in Buddhist tradition yet universal in spirit, supporting you in becoming more fully who you already are, whether Christian, Jewish, Muslim, secular humanist, or none of these.
Many of us are carrying a sense of depletion: personally worn down by sustained effort, stress, or emotional load, and shaped by a wider culture of constant stimulation, urgency, and demand. This creates conditions in which the system becomes over-activated without sufficient opportunity to settle, discharge, and replenish.
Through simple practices of sitting and walking meditation, gentle movement, and mindful attention to daily activities, we will cultivate awareness of experience both internally and externally — the body as it is lived from within, and the conditions that continually act upon us from without. As we learn to recognize how reactivity and over-activation take shape, we also begin to discover how ease and stability naturally emerge when the system is allowed to rest and reconnect.
Rather than aiming for particular states or insights, the emphasis is on developing a grounded, embodied presence that can receive experience without becoming overwhelmed. In this way, the heart gradually regains its capacity for steadiness, responsiveness, and care — not only for our own inner life, but in relationship to the world we inhabit.
This retreat is an invitation to restore the ground of experience itself, and to reconnect with a form of mindfulness that is intimate, sustainable, and deeply human.
Silent retreat offers an intensive experience of meditation and mindfulness—a chance to step away from the everyday and touch into deep stillness.
