Satsangha Sundays

Mantra - Yoga Philosophy - Inspirational Teachings - Contemplation - Kirtan - Meditation

The word "Satsangha" in yoga means association with the truth, a gathering of like minded spiritual seekers and yoga practitioners coming together to support and inspire each other by chanting,  studying, and meditating together.

These gatherings are intended for those who are interested in deepening their yoga practice off the mat, in a positive environment for the purpose of supporting our spiritual practice and expanding our knowledge.

We will chant mantra, learn and be inspired by the teachings of yoga, take time to contemplate and set intentions, be uplifted by singing mantras,  connect through meditation to keep us focused on our path.
